The impact of artificial intelligence on the digital transition of cities: Ubiwhere takes part in the X Foro Small Smart Cities
The X Foro Small Smart Cities will take place on the 27th of November in a hybrid format to bring the development of smart cities closer to small municipalities. Institutions, public and private companies and professionals in the field of Smart Cities are taking part in this initiative to find answers to the technological needs of the territories. Nuno Ribeiro, co-CEO of Ubiwhere, will be one of the speakers at this event, at the Round Table ‘Artificial Intelligence, Cities and Territories’, which will take place in the FEVAL Auditorium in Badajoz.
Organised by the Extremadura ICT Demonstration Centre (CDTIC), promoted by the Regional Digitalisation Directorate General of the Regional Government of Extremadura and co-financed with ERDF funds from the European Union, the Foro Small Smart Cities has established itself as a space where innovative technological solutions to enhance the quality of life in Extremadura’s territories are discussed and promoted. Its tenth edition focuses on the impact of digitalisation and artificial intelligence on intelligent territories, addressing key issues such as cybersecurity, digital twins and interoperability in territorial management. Throughout the event, the possibilities these technologies offer to optimise municipal management, promote sustainability and ensure more efficient use of resources will be explored.
Nuno Ribeiro, co-CEO of Ubiwhere, will be one of the guest speakers and will take part in the Round Table ‘Artificial Intelligence, Cities and Territories’, where he will discuss the impact of artificial intelligence on the digital transformation of cities and territories, focusing on the challenges and opportunities for small municipalities, and will present Ubiwhere solutions that can help create smart cities and territories and improve the lives of citizens.
