Ubiwhere heads to Mobile World Congress 2026 to strengthen research in B5G and 6G
Ubiwhere is preparing to attend the Mobile World Congress 2026 (MWC 2026) in Barcelona on the 4th of March, with the aim of identifying new cooperation opportunities, increasing the visibility of its European Research & Innovation projects and consolidating its position in the evolution towards Beyond-5G and 6G.
As the leading global meeting point for the connectivity sector, MWC offers a strategic opportunity to track emerging trends, strengthen partnerships, and showcase work from large-scale European initiatives. Widely regarded as the world’s largest and most influential connectivity event, Mobile World Congress is the only platform where start-ups, SMEs, and technology disruptors present their latest innovations to active investors and the global media. Once again, Ubiwhere will attend the event to disseminate its research and technological development projects, as well as its digital solutions for smart cities. In this edition, the company will focus on promoting three of its key projects:
- IMAGINE-B5G – focused on the experimentation and validation of Beyond-5G technologies, fostering flexible and interoperable testing environments to accelerate the deployment of new services and use cases.
- 6G-TWIN – explores the integration between 6G networks and digital twins, enabling smarter, automated and data-driven infrastructures.
- 6G-Cloud – centred on the development of cloud-native architectures to support distributed, scalable and highly efficient 6G networks.
Beyond technical dissemination, Ubiwhere’s presence at MWC 2026 will also be strongly focused on strategic networking, fostering meetings with partners, stakeholders and potential international collaborators.
Ubiwhere’s visit to MWC 2026 will be an opportunity to reinforce our commitment to European innovation, foster synergies with international partners and actively contribute to building the intelligent networks of the future.
