Ubiwhere organised a session about Urban Management Platforms at the Creative Smart Cities event in Lisbon

Ubiwhere

On the 22nd of May, Ubiwhere attended the Creative Smart Cities event, organised by Rede do Empresário, at ISEC - Instituto Superior de Educação e Ciência in Lisbon. This meeting brought together experts, academics, public decision-makers, and innovative companies to discuss the future of cities and the main challenges and opportunities of urban management. Ubiwhere organised a parallel session on the topic of ‘Urban Management Platforms’.

A day of inspiration and dialogue on smart cities in Portugal focused on mobility, digital governance, health, education and energy transition. Ubiwhere was represented by Sandra Barnabé, Innovation Manager, who organised and led a Parallel Session dedicated to the theme “Urban Management Platforms”: a space for debate where Ubiwhere’s vision for smart cities was showcased, highlighting our Urban Management Platform, a structuring solution that allows municipalities to collect, integrate and analyse urban data in real time, supporting more strategic and sustainable decisions. This solution is an integrated platform for efficient land management, aligned with best practices and international standards. It complies with the reference architecture of the National Smart Territories Strategy (ENTI) to support decision-making and facilitate communication with citizens.

In addition to presenting Ubiwhere’s Urban Management Platform, some of the research and development projects that reflect Ubiwhere’s commitment to the digital transformation of urban territories were also unveiled: Route 25, the Digital Nervous System Testbed, IN2CCAM, BeOpen, and ATT.

Ubiwhere’s participation in Creative Smart Cities reinforces its commitment to co-creating innovative solutions and strengthening collaborative networks that unite technology, public policies and citizen participation. Through our presence at initiatives such as Creative Smart Cities, we demonstrate our belief that Urban Management Platforms are a key element in building more resilient, intelligent cities that are prepared for the challenges of the future.
