Ubiwhere will host the General Assembly of the EDGELESS Project
Ubiwhere will host the next General Assembly of the EDGELESS project, which will take place at the University of Aveiro on the 9th and 10th of July. This event will bring together representatives from all the organisations that are part of the consortium for this research and technological development project.
The General Assembly of the EDGELESS project will bring together all project partners to assess the progress made to date, align the next steps, and promote collaboration among the Work Packages. Over the course of the two days, participants will engage in technical discussions, strategic planning sessions and networking activities aimed at accelerating the project’s objectives.
The EDGELESS project aims to leverage the serverless concept at all layers of the edge-cloud continuum to take full advantage of diverse, decentralised computing resources available on demand, close to where data is produced or consumed.
By hosting this meeting and as a member of this project’s consortium, Ubiwhere is reinforcing its commitment to technological innovation and the dissemination of collaborative ecosystems focused on edge computing. Holding this event in Aveiro also reflects the city’s growing importance as a centre of knowledge and development in the technological context.
