’’UP!’’: Ubiwhere advised startups to follow the path of digital transition towards technological evolution

The goal of this initiative was to provide direct support for digital transition and consolidation. The focus of this session was on solving problems that companies particularly face through disseminating the DNS Testbed as a solution to the challenges of the participating companies. The event was attended by companies presenting their challenges and with Ubiwhere’s help in finding solutions from a business, technology and innovation point of view.

"UP! Scale up your business with Ubiwhere" was composed of three distinct moments: presentations related to the DNS concept by Sandra Barnabé (Innovation Manager at Ubiwhere), pitches from the participating companies, and space for technical advice using demonstrations of success stories developed within the context of the Digital Nervous System Testbed. The technical advice to help realise the potential of the businesses presented at the event was given by the Advisory Board formed by Ana Clara Lima (Funding Advisor), André Duarte (Technological Advisor) and Carlos Oliveira (Business Advisor).

With over 15 years in the industry, Ubiwhere is familiar with the problems that startups, particularly technology-based startups, face in their affirmation, growth and sustainability.
